Leanna Cooper was the absolute nicest & sweetest person I have ever met. She made our stay enjoyable. She was accommodating & the most helpful employee I have ever encountered. She works hard, long hours but she never let's it show. Great personality & definitely the reason we would return to stay at this location. I personally believe this wonderful young lady deserves a raise for all her hard work, great customer service, amazing work ethic & the dedication she puts into this job & she does it with pure joy. Promote this woman!! Give her a raise & never let her leave your company. You have an amazing asset in Leanna Cooper. Keep her in your employ for as long as possible. She will turn your business around with great ideas & exciting motivations. It was nice and quiet! Not a lot of city noise or noise from other guests. I loved the location - walkable neighborhood, but still can easily access my car and drive places. I loved being close to Antiques on High and The Book Loft, and Staufs Coffee - all were a few minutes' walk from the hotel and so worth going! The neighborhood itself is also charming. If we were there for longer, Kroger, Chipotle, First Watch all walkable as well. It's also a quick drive to other breweries and the arena district, which was where we frequented. This was perfect for a quick trip and affordable as well! I would choose to stay in this hotel the next time we visit Columbus.

The room was very neat/spacious and comfy. Having a frig and microwave gave us the comforts of eating in our room. The breakfast was very good/healthy. We took a walk and ate lunch close by and felt very safe. We were very close to the convention center and was able to ride the bus, instead of taking a taxi. The staff was very helpful in showing us the best places to visit and eat. Thank you so much again for making our stay so enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here.

I thought the hotel was over priced! But so amazing. Every worker we came in contact with was absolutely amazing including the housekeepers. We didn’t use housekeepers for our 4 night stay I tried keeping the room clean took out our own garbage and towels and got extras from the girls! Breakfast was good as well. Safe except for the homeless men lurking around the premises but when staff were alerted they took care of the situation real quick!

The hotel is located about 30 30-minute walk away from the main Columbus area. The German Village was across the street and there were plenty of food options nearby. There was also a supermarket nearby. The rooms were decently sized and quite easily fit three adults. There was a free breakfast with the room downstairs. he temperature in the rooms was nice as were the bathroom facilities. They provided shampoo and body wash.
